You can browse the collection, check out with your client account, and download to PC, Mac, and many mobile devices. To get started, you will need to install free software. for audiobooks, 'OverDrive Media Console'. to read eBooks, you will need 'Adobe Digital Editions. titles can be enjoyed immediately or transferred to a variety of devices, including iPod, sony Reader and many others. some audio titles can also be burned to CD to listen on-the-go. titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees!

Ebscohost is a research database made available to members of the R.M. of Argyle Public Library & the staff & students of Baldur school.
The Province of Manitoba has purchased the license to this database for rural and northern public libraries.
The license restricts use of the database to the public library and its members.
The database has extensive listings, including:
- Clymer small engine repair manuals
- auto repair reference centre
- Home repair and remodeling projects
- National, international magazines, newspapers
- Reader's advisory service that provides access to 155,000 fiction titles
- Research files for all levels of school research projects

The library is using new software called 'INSIGNIA' that puts our catalogue on the web and give patrons online access to the library collection. You can look up items by author, title, ISBN etc...
